Okie Real Estate is a locally owned and operated real estate company.
We are looking for licensed, full and part time professionals who want more out of their real estate career. When looking for a real estate broker, choose one that will work with you to make your career a better one. We have the greatest commission splits and office fee's in Oklahoma.
Commission split is 80/20 your favor. We want you to be successful. Your listings are yours, and any calls we receive on your listings are yours. We do not take your calls and give them to any other agents in our office. If you are out of the office, and need an agent to cover our calls while you are away, and one of your homes sell, then we do expect you to be fair and work something out with the agent covering your files in your absence.
We are not going to track your sales, and we do not require you to make or meet a minimum goal within a certain time period. We expect you to be professional, have fun, and follow the rules established by OKIE REAL ESTATE and the State of Oklahoma on professionalism, code of ethics, record keeping and management.
